Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rules and obligations relating to the sale of interior design services by Nüma. Any order placed implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

1. Purpose

Nüma offers interior design services, including:

  • 3D plans and mood boards

  • Support and advice on planning

  • Home or online advisory visits

  • Project monitoring

2. Order and Validation

All orders must be confirmed by a signed quote accompanied by a deposit payment of 50% of the total amount of the service. Once the order has been validated, no cancellations will be accepted without the express consent of Nüma.

3. Rates and Payment Methods

  • Prices are listed in euros and may or may not include VAT depending on the company's tax status.

  • A 50% deposit is required upon order validation.

  • The balance must be paid before delivery of deliverables or performance of the service.

  • Payments are made by bank transfer or check only.

  • No service begins before the funds have actually been collected.

4. Time Limits and Performance of Services

  • The services will be carried out within the timeframes indicated in the estimate or contract.

  • Nüma undertakes to inform the customer in the event of an unforeseen delay.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the 14-day period.

6. Liability

Nüma cannot be held responsible for the consequences linked to poor implementation of recommendations or modifications made by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All deliverables (plans, visuals, concepts) remain the intellectual property of Nüma and may not be reproduced or distributed without authorization.

8. Disputes and Applicable Law

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Nüma's domicile.
