Refund Policy

At Nüma, we are committed to providing quality interior design services. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be granted.

1. No Reimbursement for Services Already Performed

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, services already started or fully completed cannot give rise to a refund.

2. Cancellation before the Start of the Service

  • If the customer wishes to cancel a service before it begins, the 50% deposit paid when ordering cannot be refunded.

  • In the event of force majeure (with justification), a postponement of the service may be proposed.

3. Dissatisfaction and Adjustments

  • If the client considers that the service provided does not correspond to the commitments made, he can submit a request for correction or adjustment within 5 working days after delivery of the deliverable or the service.

  • Nüma undertakes to analyze each request and propose a suitable solution (adjustments, reasonable modifications).

4. Request for Refund

Any request for reimbursement must be made in writing to the following address:

Each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Nüma reserves the right to refuse a refund if the service has been fully performed or if no fault is found.

An amicable agreement will be sought as a priority before any other action.

5. Modification of the Refund Policy

Nüma reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The current version is the one posted on our website.
