Nüma is a company specializing in interior design services. Our deliverables (3D plans, mood boards, design briefs, etc.) are delivered digitally, and some services may include travel for client meetings. This delivery policy specifies the terms and deadlines for delivery of our services.

1. Methods of Delivery of Services

Depending on the nature of the service ordered, our deliverables are provided by the following means:

  • Digital documents: Transmitted by email or via a secure sharing platform in PDF, JPG, or other suitable format.

  • Face-to-face appointment: If the service includes travel (e.g., consultation visit, in-store support), an appointment will be arranged with the customer.

  • Videoconferencing: For remote consulting or project monitoring services.

2. Delivery Deadlines

Timeframes vary depending on the type of service chosen:

  • 3D plans, mood boards, development files: Delivery within 7 working days after validation of the specifications.

  • Online or in-person decorating consultation: Appointments set according to our availability and that of the client.

  • Project monitoring: Planning agreed with the client based on the progress of the stages.

We are committed to meeting these deadlines, but certain exceptional circumstances (high demand, customer-requested adjustments) may require adjustments. In this case, we will inform the customer promptly.

3. Travel Expenses

For services requiring on-site travel, travel fees may apply depending on the distance. These fees will be specified before any order is confirmed.

4. Monitoring of Services

We keep our clients informed of the progress of their project via email. In the event of a delay or unforeseen event, we communicate quickly to adjust the schedule as needed.

5. Claims and Modifications

If you encounter a problem with the receipt of a deliverable or wish to request a modification, you can contact us within 5 working days after delivery of the document or service.
